Latashia, an Accredited Event Designer, is the Member, Manager/CEO of AnNell’s Parties & Events (A P&E).  

Having a passion for themed decorating, in 2017, Latashia started A P&E. With a background in Human Resources, Latashia has great customer service skills and has the ability to work with individuals from all walks of life. She knows the demand of juggling a full-time career, family, and personal time, all while planning an event.  At        A P&E, Latashia and her staff provides a service for all of your planning and decorating needs, allowing you the time to focus on doing the things you enjoy!
